Local neighborhoods in Newport Beach, and every year Newport Shores in Newport Beach has Halloween festivities. On October 31st beginning at 4 pm the Newport Shores Community Association will be having their annual Halloween event. Be sure to visit the Clubhouse on Halloween night. There will be a DJ will be spinning your favorites and the Newport Shores association will be hosting a costume contest. The TK Burgers Truck will be there for purchase.
Disneyland in Anaheim is a great place to enjoy Halloween, and be sure to take a ride on the Haunted Mansion, and enjoy all the Fall and Halloween decor. California Adventure is another great place to visit for the holiday weekend.
One of my favorite places to visit at during the month of October is Knott’s Scary Farm. There are scary mazes, and monsters roaming around Knotts Scary Farm. Knotts is being held through October 31, 2017.
Visit the Queen Mary Dark Harbor will be held through November 1, and the hours are : Dark Harbor is open 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (1:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays). It is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy Queen Mary Dark Harbor in Long Beach.
Tanaka Farms has a petting zoo, and wagon rides. and is open 9 am to 6 pm. However, due to the extremely heavy weekend traffic to and from the Pumpkin Patch it has become necessary for us to require all guests to obtain a Parking Pass BEFORE arriving at the farm. Please visit their website to obtain a parking pass in advance.
The Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch is a fall activity until October 31st. Take a train ride and enjoy the fall season. You may want to arrive early in the morning to avoid a delay in parking.
Be sure to visit the Blackie’s Classic will be held Saturday, October 29, 2017. Surfers dress up in costume and surf, and the gathering begins at 7am.
