Looking for things to do in and around Huntington Beach? Why not ride your bike to the Huntington Beach Pier. It is a gorgeous ride, and there is a board walk from Newport Beach River Jetty all the way to the Huntington Beach Pier. If you do not have a bike, there are many places to rent one in Newport Beach and in Huntington Beach.

There is shopping and dining at the pier, and on Main Street in Huntington Beach. Also, there are hotels for destination visitors. There is the Hilton and the Hyatt Regency which is located on Coast Highway. Below is one of the Lifeguard Boats for Huntington State Beach.

Huntington Beach is known as surf city, and at the pier it is a very popular surfing spot. Additionally, there are contests throughout the year at the Huntington Beach Pier including the Vans US of Open Surf Contest. Also, there is a fireworks display every year at the Huntington Beach Pier for the Fourth of July.
