Balboa Island Ferry in Newport Beach

I was down previewing some amazing homes on Peninsula Point in Newport Beach on Friday. I always enjoy taking the Balboa Island Ferry across to Balboa Island and then drive back to the office. A very scenic and beautiful way to see Newport Harbor.

The Balboa Island Ferry is a ferry which transports autos, pedestrians and bicycles to and from Balboa Island to the Balboa Peninsula. The Balboa Island Ferry has been in existence since 1919.

It is a short trip – literally taking just a few minutes but it is scenic just the same. Enjoy viewing the beautiful yachts in Newport Harbor as well as the stunning homes with line Balboa Island and the Balboa Peninsula.
