I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to all of my team mates, and all those who donated to our team “I Love My Lady Lumps“. We had 47 people signed up for the team and raised over $3500. We can continue to fundraise through the end of October 2011.

At the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, it was an overcast day – great for running and walking. There was a great turn out as well. And Dr. Oz was there as well during the survivor ceremony who spoke about the disease, and how to prevent it.

It was a great event for a great cause. And always heartfelt to see the women walking around with beads around their neck, each survivor gets one for each year they are cancer free.

If you would like to donate to the cause, there is still time until October 31, 2011.

Once again THANK YOU to our team, donors, families and all who participated and supported this great event.
