Newport Beach Home Prices Up 12.7% Since 2015

Newport Beach home sale prices are up since 2015. Comparing the month of June, 2015, 20176 and 2017, home prices in Newport Beach home prices have appreciated 12.7% since 2015.

The data is based upon average home sales from 2015 to 2017 for the month of June.

Additionally, Corona del Mar has had an increase in home prices since 2015. Overall, Corona del Mar had an 18% increase in home sales from 2015, and another 1.7% increase in 2017 for the average home sales for the month of June.

Newport Coast had the strongest increase year over year. In 2016, Newport Coast average home sales increased 2.9%, and from 2016 to 2017, Newport Coast showed another increase of 20.5% with a total increase in home sales price of 28.4% in TWO YEARS!!!

With this strong increase in home prices in the local Orange County area, now is a great time to consider selling your Newport Beach home.
