The Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach begins tomorrow, and what an exciting time. The Grand Prix runs from April 7th to the 9th, with events through out the weekend. The races are on the streets of Long Beach with six spectacular races including: the Verizon IndyCar Series, IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, Motegi Racing Super Drift Challenge, Pirelli World Challenge, SPEED Energy Stadium Super Trucks (one of my favorites), and the Can-Am Challenge from April 7-9, 2018. Below is a photo of the SPEED Energy Stadium Super Trucks and they drive over ramps and get airborne, and it is awesome!
It is a great time to walk around and watch the different races. There is a large exhibit hall also, and great opportunity to view the race cars, and often times there are meet the drivers. Also a great opportunity to view your favorite cars, mine is Porsche!

Local residents have get togethers to watch the races and events.
