Fitness Authority is owned by Bernie Rubio and they offer personalized fitness training to help you to achieve your fitness goals.

The gym has everything you need, from the latest cardio equipment, free weights, and pilates. There are bosu balls, exercise balls, stair climbers, treadmills, rowing machines and mats for core training as well. There are also TRX suspension trainers. You can get a great work out at this Costa Mesa gym. There is something for everyone.

Fitness Authority is a great environment, where there is lots of encouragement, and others working out. It is an indoor – outdoor style gym to take advantage of the Orange County climate. Everyone seems to be very easy going which makes it even more enjoyable.
