Newport Shores is a beach community located at the west side of Newport Beach. With a canal surrounding it there is unique wildlife and beautiful views.

Newport Shores is a unique community of approximately 440 homes.  There are single family homes and there are also multi family homes including duplexes.

Newport Shores homes are located right on the Canal. The Canal front homes are located on Canal street, Canal Circle and 62nd Street.

There is a very popular surfing spot – the River Jetty. Located on Coast Highway just outside of the Newport Shores community is the Frog House. The Frog House sells surf gear and is a very popular place to visit.
