Market Update and Homes for Sale in Newport Beach, CA

Newport Beach beach front homes

Newport Beach continues to have an increase in sales over February. In March, there were 76 sales with only 1 property which was a distressed sale. In February, 2015, there were 49 sales. Newport Beach currently is favoring a seller’s market with an absorption rate of 4.3 months.

It is a great time to buy a Newport Beach home, as there are still good interest rates.
