One of the benefits of living at or near the beach is that we are truly blessed with the most incredible sunsets. Today was cold – by “our standards” and rainy. There was a break in the clouds around 4:30 or so and the sky was incredible. I actually drove a bit past my normal turn so I could get a photo.

I stopped at Magnolia and Coast Highway at Huntington State Beach and I was no the only one. Many people were turning in to capture the beautiful sunset.

This time of year, the sun will set behind Catalina Island and so the sunsets are amazing.
