The Castaways in Newport Beach is a guard gated community. These Newport Beach homes were originally built in 1997 and 1998 by Taylor Woodrow.

The Castaways homes for sale in Newport Beach is bordered by Dover Drive and some of these Newport Beach homes have ocean views and overlook the back bay and Newport Harbor views.

The Castaways homes in Newport Beach have Cape Cod Style design and architecture. Many of these Newport Beach homes for sale do have three car garages. The school district for the residents of the Castaways is Newport Mesa Unified School disrict, and the specific schools are: Mariners Elementary School (which is a highly sought after school), Ensign Middle School and Newport Harbor High School. Both Ensign Middle School and Newport Harbor High School are very close proximity to the Castaways in Newport Beach.

There are currently two active listings on the market in the Castaways in Newport Beach. There are zero properties in back up, pending, and there were no sales in October, 2011. Both of the active listings for sale in the Castaways in Newport Beach are standard sales.

Castaways in Newport Beach seems affordable after reading some of your other posts. Could you purchase these and use them for rentals?
