Newport Beach has a variety of different gated communities. There are a number of different communities including Big Canyon in Newport Beach, Belcourt in Newport Beach, Lido Sands, and Linda Isle. There are some condo communities in Newport Beach which are also gated including Villa Point, and Granville in Newport Beach.

These Newport Beach communities offer gated security for the residents. Some of the gated communities – such as Linda Isle also offer boat slips for the residents of the gated community.

All of the gated communities in Newport Beach will have an HOA or Home Owners Association. The Newport Beach gated community HOA will have rules and regulations each unique to that particular gated community. The HOA dues vary from community to community and may cover landscaping and grounds maintenance for example. When purchasing a Newport Beach home for sale, an important consideration is what the HOA covers, and what is the home owner’s responsibility.

Great report on Newport Beach gated communities. We don’t have those up here. I am jealous.
