You have some wonderful Newport Beach properties in that price range, Sharon. Hopefully, buyers will take advantage before those prices start rising and mortgage rates go up.

Newport Beach homes actually seem to be worth a million dollars, unlike some of the communities I’m seen. It would be nice to walk to the beach on a winter day and still be warm. We don’t get a lot of that in the east.
