East Bluff Macco homes are located in the East Bluff area of Newport Beach. These homes were originally built in the mid-1960s and the builder was Macco. The East Bluff area has two separate areas known as the Lusk and Macco neighborhoods. The Macco community is similar to the Lusk neighborhood. Lusk and Macco built about 500 homes in Eastbluff. Each project was approximately 250 units.

There were six original floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1650 square feet to 2565 square feet. They were all designed with two car garages. Many have been remodeled or rebuilt.
