The Army Corp of Engineers has begun dredging the Newport Shores Canal. It is not uncommon to see small boats with outboard motors in the Canal now and other equipment! But it is going to be so nice, and the water will be so clear. The residents cannot wait for this job to be completed, but it is interesting just the same to watch!
