Villa Point in Newport Beach, CA 92660 – Market Update

Villa Point in Newport Beach is a condo community which is a gated community. There are two entrances for the residents of Villa Point and there is a community pool as well.

Villa Point has both one and two bedroom condos. There are both upper and lower plans. The square footage of the condos ranges in size from approximately 792 to 1255 square feet. Some of the condos have one car garages, and others have car ports. It is located off Coast Highway and Jamboree. Villa Point in Newport Beach is walking distance to the back bay, and to Balboa Island

Some of these Newport Beach condos have Newport Beach Country Club golf course views, and there are also some properties that have back bay views as well.

Currently, there are five active listings, four in back up status, and there have been eight sales since June 1, 2010.
