Trovare is a gated community which is located in Newport Coast. There are approximately 168 condos and there are six different floor plans. The square footage for the floor plans range in size from 1094 square feet to 1742 square feet. There are only two floor plans which offer three bedrooms, and the other floor plans have two bedrooms. These condos in Trovare were built between 1994 and 1996. Some of the properties have ocean views, and some have city light views. There are tennis courts, heated pool and fireplace to enjoy the California climate in Newport Coast.
Currently, there are four active listings in Trovare, there is one in back up status and two have sold since December 1, 2009.

9 Savona Court, Newport Coast – offered at $600,000
4 Sorrento Court, Newport Coast – offered at $679,000

Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach
Victoria Beach is located off Victoria Street off Coast Highway in South Laguna Beach. It is a beautiful beach and private location which and a great place to explore, swim, and skim board.
Victoria Beach does have public access off Victoria, and it is a fairly easy walk down the stairs, definitely not as steep as 1000 Steps Beach in Laguna Beach. Victoria Beach does have very nice sandy beaches, and there is an on shore break, and rip tides do come up occasionally. It can be treacherous if there is larger surf or high tide. It is always recommended to swim near a lifeguard.
Victoria Beach does not have facilities on the beach. Victoria Beach is a marine protected area.
It is a pretty interesting beach however, because if you hike across the rocks, there is an old light tower, and a pool which was constructed some time ago. The pool fills with the ocean when the tide is high.
The Light House on Victoria Beach is pretty interesting to see and definitely to photograph. It was pretty overcast yesterday as you can tell by the photos.
Victoria Beach offers tide pools to explore and discover sea creatures.
It is a beautiful beach, and does have homes located in the area. There is also a private gated area called Lagunita and the residents of Lagunita utilize this beach as well. There is no private parking, so if you are intending to visit Victoria Beach, then it would be best to get there early so you can secure parking.

These homes are walking distance to the Village of Corona del Mar so the residents can enjoy upscale dining and shopping. Sailhouse is off Jamboree in Corona del Mar. Also, the community of Sailhouse is very close walking distance to Harbor View Elementary School in Corona del Mar.

Gold’s Gym has a wide range of hours to accomodate the fitness schedule of each member. The hours are as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 5:00 am -12:00 am
Friday: 5:00 am -10:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Gold’s Gym offers a variety of different fitness training for all levels. Gold’s Gym has a variety of different cardio equipment including treadmills with an adaptor to plug in your ipod so you can either watch your own music videos or listen to your music while working out. There are eliptical trainers, rowing machines, stationary bicycles, and stair climbers so there is every opportunity to vary your work out. Gold’s also offers Spinning classes which I highly recommend, and enjoy taking. The spinning classes are fun, motivational, and offer a fantastic workout – can you say burn calories? Beginning spinners are always welcome, and the spin instructors take the time with each person to make sure the bike is adjusted appropriately, and they understand the class. Gold’s gym has a variety of different fitness classes including Body Pump and Body Step. There are “Rowbics Classes” which is another great cardio workout on rowing machines. Good for the mid-section. And of course, there is also personal training if you decide you would like to work with a trainer.
I have been a member at Gold’s Gym for some time and I highly recommend it. Gold’s Gym is clean, the weights are re-racked, the members and staff are friendly, and there are some very good choices for changing your work out. Gold’s Gym also does sell some apparel as well.

Patrick is my seven year old Irish Setter, and he is a character. He loves going to the beach, swimming, chasing sticks, and just overall has a great personality. Patrick is definitely part of the family.
I thought I would share photos of him today because he is Irish, and his name – Patrick!
You might want to visit one of the Newport Beach Irish Pubs for some corn beef and cabbage today! Enjoy the day and be safe!

China Cove is located on the ocean side of Coast Highway in Corona del Mar. China Cove has elegant homes located right on the water of Newport Harbor. Many of these homes have expansive views to the mouth of the harbor as it leads to the open ocean. There are approximately 37 homes in China Cove. Below is a photo of one home in China Cove.
There is a beach to enjoy Newport Harbor, however there is no public parking.
Currently, there are four active listings in China Cove, and there has been one sale December, 2009.

Today was a beautiful day in Newport Beach, and there were some great houses on preview. The Lido Peninsula Resort which is located on the Lido Peninsula has manufactured homes. Most of these homes have a Cape Cod style to them.. It is a charming community with smaller homes. Some of the homes are located right on the water, and there are slips available as well. The homes in this area are on lease property.
One property located at 27 Drake Street in Newport Beach is listed for sale at $315,000. This property was recently remodeled and it was designed R.A. Jeheber in Newport Beach. This home is charming with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and there is also handicap access.

The Lido Peninsula Resorts offers another area for people to consider when movingto the area. The homes are walking distance to the beach and bay, there is a community pool, and it is walking distance to upscale dining. Many of the residents in this community travel around via golf carts.
