Lido Island in Newport Beach is a beautiful community of homes in Newport Beach which is actually an island. There is a bridge going to Lido Island, or Lido Isle as it is also referred to as. Lido Island has bay front homes and many of these homes have slips available for their yachts.

The bayfront homes located on Lido Isle in Newport Beach have incredible views of Newport Harbor. Many of these homes do have slips, however there are some that do not.

Currently, there are 25 active listings on Lido Island in Newport Beach, 4 in back up status (two property in back up are short sales), and 3 pending sales, and 2 sales for the month of April 2012.

The average sales price for the past one year on Lido Island in Newport Beach is $2,316,277 with a price per square foot of $791.60 which is an increase in price per square foot from the prior month.

Eat Chow, a brand new casual cafe has been open for the pasts four years in Eastside Costa Mesa, and they have just opened a second location in West Newport at Newport Shores.

Eat Chow has a delicious menu including soup, salads and other entres. Last night I ate there and enjoy a blackened ahi salad which was delicious. My daughter enjoyed the chopped fried chicken salad. Great location and fabulous food! A new favorite in the Newport Shores area in Newport Beach!

Balboa Island Artwalk in Newport Beach |is going to be held on May 20, 2012

The Balboa Island Artwalk is an outdoor art show on Balboa Island, CA where many artists are set up to display their art. This is a great opportunity to get together with friends and families and enjoy the beautiful art as well as the Newport Beach Climate.

There will also be live music at the Balboa Island Artwalk. The 2012 Artwalk will be held on Sunday, May 20th from 9am to 5pm along the South Bayfront Promenade of Balboa Island. This is an annual event which marks the beginning of summer on Balboa Island.
