Corona del Mar inventory in Zip Code 92625 | Homes Sales in Corona del Mar 92625

The inventory in Corona del Mar has declined as shown in the graph below over the past two years. From the past one year in the same quarter, homes for sale are down 39.5%, and for the same time period home sales are up 28%.

The inventory continues to remain low and when home are listed at market value, it is not unusual to see multiple offers on the same property.

With these current market conditions, it is important to offer your highest and best offer to be competitive if there are multiple offers.
