In looking at the number of short sale homes, the inventory has declined significantly over the past two years. This trend for Newport Beach short sales is very similar to other trends that is being in the real estate market. Very low inventory in general. When a home is listed for sale, the property will receive multiple offers with buyers offering their highest and best offer.
