Westcliff in Newport Beach is located in the Upper Newport Bay area.  Westcliff has been a highly sought after area in Newport Beach to reside. Many want to live in this area because of the close proximity to Mariner’s Elementary School. Westcliff is ideally located within walking distance to the Castaways biking trail, the Back Bay area, Newport Acquatic center (NAC), Mariners Park coveted Mariners Elementary School, and the Newport Beach public library. Also located within very close proximity to 17th Street for shopping and dining, Westcliff is a beautiful area.
