Newport Beach REO home buyers usually face the challenge of competing with multiple offers on the properties. Also, Newport Beach REO home buyers are competing with cash buyers as well.

Newport Beach currently has an inventory of REO or bank owned homes. Currently, there are six active listings, two in back up, eight pending, and there have been six sales in September, 2011.

The number of sales are up +5, as there was only one Newport Beach REO sale in August, 2011.

The number of sales are up +3 from September, 2010, as there were three REO sales in September, 2010.
