Big Canyon is a guard gated community located in Newport Beach. Big Canyon is also home to Big Cannyon Country Club. The Big Canyon area is bordered by Ford Road, MacArthur, San Joaquin and Jamboree.
Big Canyon is a highly coveted community and neighborhood with beautiful homes that are located within close proximity to the golf course. Big Canyon has several different builder tracts from condos to elegant custom homes.
One of the builder tracts includes Big Canyon Deane and they are single family attached homes and were built by the Deane Brothers. There are five floor plans ranging in size from 1780 to 3695 square feet when they were originally built. It is a beautiful area, and some homes have incredible golf course views.
Big Canyon also has a private country club which includes tennis and aquatics as well as a fantastic golf course. The club is called Big Canyon Country Club.
Currently there are 10 active listings in Big Canyon Deane ranging in price from $1,225,000 to $2,895,000.
There have been eight sales in Big Canyon Deane since April 1, 2010 ranging in price from $800,000 to $1,825,000.
