Collins Island is located in Newport Beach and at the end of the main island of Balboa Island. Balboa Island in Newport Beach is made up of three islands, the main island, the little island, and Collins Island. It is connected to the main island by a one-way road. It does have a gate, so there is no direct public access to this private island. There are seven homes located on this Island.
Collins Island residents enjoy a private lifestyle in an unbelievable location. Located right on Newport Harbor, some of these homes have a panoramic view of Newport Harbor.
There are boat slips at the properties on the island. The view is panoramic of Newport Harbor and the turning basin. The residents enjoy beautiful sunsets all year round.

There is a wide variety and there are some local favorites such as the Village Inn. It is a very prestigious area and a highly sought-after area.
